Victoria Hatton Bozic for U.S. House

Real life experience. Real leadership.

I've lived the reality that too many politicians only talk about. I've scrubbed toilets, served tables, run into burning buildings, and sat at kitchen tables with families terrified about bills. Regular people deserve a voice in rooms where decisions are made.

Victoria Hatton Bozic - Candidate for U.S. House PA-17

Why I'm Running

I'm running because I've lived the reality that too many politicians only talk about.

I watched my mother struggle in a broken healthcare system. I watched bills pile up. I watched a family do everything "right" and still get crushed. And I learned something in that season of my life: no one in Washington is truly listening to the common working person anymore.

We are a nation divided — and history shows that a nation divided is sure to fall. But the division isn't just red versus blue. It's working families versus a political class that has stopped hearing them.

Meet Victoria Hatton Bozic

Victoria Hatton Bozic is a Republican candidate running for U.S. House in Pennsylvania's 17th District. With a background rooted in service and community leadership, she brings real-world experience to the table.

"Real life experience and real leadership"

She is Chairperson of the Findlay Township Republican Committee, a former EMT and firefighter, former food and beverage worker, small business owner, and current school board director. Her diverse background reflects her commitment to understanding the needs of her community.

Her campaign stands for real life experience and real leadership—a government that answers to the people, strong communities and safe neighborhoods, fiscal responsibility and accountability, supporting first responders and law enforcement, and protecting children while strengthening families.

Public Service Starts at Home

Victoria is a third-generation Republican with a family legacy of political involvement. Her mother, Meryl Hatton, inspired her from an early age—taking Victoria on her first door-knocking campaign at just six years old. Though her family has a deep history of civic engagement, Victoria is not a career politician, but someone who has lived a real, working life before stepping into public service.

Victoria waited to run for higher office because her first responsibility was raising her son and giving him a stable foundation. Her son is now a freshman at Allegheny College, playing football and running track—building his own life.

"I didn't wait," Victoria says. "I prioritized. And I don't apologize for that."

Why I'm a Republican

Core Republican Values

I'm a Republican because I believe in personal responsibility, strong families, community over bureaucracy, fiscal accountability, law and order, and empowering people rather than expanding government dependency.

Personal Responsibility

Empowering individuals to take charge of their lives

Strong Families

Policies that protect and strengthen family units

Community Over Bureaucracy

Local control instead of top-down government

Fiscal Accountability

Responsible spending and balanced budgets

Law and Order

Safe communities and respect for law enforcement

Empowerment Over Dependency

Building capability instead of government reliance

Not Blind Loyalty—Results

I'm not interested in blind loyalty to party leadership. I'm interested in results.

The Republican Party, at its core, stands for self-governance, local control, and individual liberty. Those values align with my life experience and how I believe government should work.

Being Republican doesn't mean being heartless. It means believing people are capable and deserve opportunity.

Campaign Priorities

Key priorities that will guide Victoria's leadership in Congress:

A government that answers to the people

Government must serve the people, not special interests. Victoria believes in transparent, responsive leadership that listens to community voices.

Strong communities and safe neighborhoods

Safe neighborhoods are the foundation of thriving communities. Victoria is committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen community bonds and ensure safety.

Fiscal responsibility and accountability

Every dollar spent must be accounted for. Victoria believes in sound financial management and will fight for responsible government spending.

Supporting first responders and law enforcement

Those who put their lives on the line deserve our respect and support. Victoria stands with police officers, firefighters, and EMTs.

Protecting children while strengthening families

Families are the backbone of our society. Victoria is dedicated to policies that protect children and support strong, healthy families.

What I Can Actually Do to Make Change

One member of Congress doesn't "fix" the world overnight.

But one member can refuse wasteful spending, push for real solutions, demand accountability, and bring the perspective of someone who's actually lived a working person's life to Congress.

Reject Bloated Spending

Vote against wasteful spending packages that hurt working families

Healthcare Solutions

Push for healthcare transparency and competition

Mental Health & Recovery

Fight for mental health resources and addiction recovery funding

Demand Accountability

Stop rubber-stamping party leadership without questioning

Bipartisan Solutions

Build coalitions on issues that matter to constituents

Why Real Experience Matters

Real change starts with representation that reflects real life. Washington has plenty of lawyers and career politicians. It doesn't have enough people who've lived paycheck to paycheck.

My Perspective Brings:

  • EMS and firefighting experience
  • Small business and food service knowledge
  • Experience with hourly and service work
  • School board governance experience
  • Understanding of raising a child today

"That perspective matters."

I've sat at kitchen tables with families struggling to pay medical bills. I understand inflation because I've lived it. I know what it's like to worry about addiction and mental health—not as a policy topic, but as a human issue.
